Dr. Jatinderpal Singh Bakshi
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Jatinderpal Singh Bakshi is one of the Promoters, and serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and brings over 38 years of experience in the environment and waste management services industry.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from the Board of Homeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi, and is a registered practitioner in homoeopathy. He is also the author of several publications, including Manual of Psychiatry, Manual of Ear, Nose and Throat, Manual of Ophthalmological Disorders, Manual of Gastroenterology and Manual of Urogenital Disorders.
His diverse professional background and long-standing industry experience enable him to provide strategic leadership to the Company. In his current role, he is responsible for driving business development initiatives and overseeing the overall operations and management of the Company.
Gurminder Kaur Bakshi
Executive Director
Ms. Gurminder Kaur Bakshi is one of the Promoters and serves as an Executive Director of the Company. She has been associated with the Company since November 1, 1995 and brings over three decades of experience in the environment and waste management services industry.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She further holds a Master's degree in Science (Forensic Science) and a Doctorate of Philosophy in tariffication and characterisation & individualisation of soiled blood samples from Punjabi University, Patiala. In addition, she has pursued a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Suburban Chicago Forensic Science Laboratory, USA.
With her strong academic credentials and extensive industry experience, she plays a key role in the Company's strategic planning through analysis of customer requirements and business operations. She also oversees the quality assurance function of the Company, contributing to the maintenance of high operational and service standards.
Sudha Chakrapani
Executive Director
Ms. Sudha Chakrapani serves as an Executive Director of the Company and brings with her extensive experience in facilities management, operational planning and strategic leadership. She has been associated with the Company since 2018
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Atiraj College, Madras. Prior to joining the Company, she was associated with Washroom Hygiene Concepts Private Limited, where she initially served as Business Head and subsequently held the position of Chief Executive Officer before her resignation.
With over 14 years of experience in the field of facilities management and public space operations, she currently heads the facilities management and public space management verticals of the Company. She is also responsible for driving the strategic expansion of the Company's business operations, with a particular focus on the southern region.
Geetanjali S Kumar
Independent Director
Ms. Geetanjali S. Kumar serves as an Independent Director of the Company and brings with her expertise in corporate secretarial and compliance functions. She has been associated with the Company since November 24, 2025.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
During her professional career, she has been associated with Bhartiya International Limited, NEC Technologies India Private Limited, Cords Cables Industries Limited and Reebok India Company in various capacities. With over 13 years of experience in secretarial, compliance and governance matters, she contributes to strengthening the Company's regulatory and corporate governance framework.
Rohini Kumar Pathak
Independent Director
Mr. Rohini Kumar Pathak serves as an Independent Director of the Company and brings with him extensive experience in military operations, administration and management. He has been associated with the Company since November 24, 2025.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Punjab University and has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and Applications from the Defence Institute of Information Technology. He served in the Indian Army and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2008.
With over 37 years of experience spanning military operations, corporate relations, administration and management, he contributes valuable leadership and governance perspectives to the Board.
Renu Aggrewal
Independent Director
Ms. Renu Aggrewal serves as an Independent Director of the Company and brings with her extensive experience in financial management and consultancy services. She has been associated with the Company since November 17, 2025.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holding a valid Certificate of Practice.
In her professional career, she has been associated with Sugar Plastic Coats Private Limited and R.P. Locks Co. in various capacities. She was also associated with Renu Aggrewal & Co. as its Sole Proprietor and is presently associated with M/s R N Sinha & Co. as a Partner.
With over 13 years of experience in the field of financial management and consultancy, she contributes to the Board through her expertise in accounting, financial controls and regulatory compliance.
