4. “Force Majeure Event” has the meaning under Clause 18 herein.

Interpretation:

(a) Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

(b) Words importing singular shall include plural and vice-versa.

1. LEGAL STATUS & PURPOSE OF WEBSITE

1.1 This Website is owned, controlled, maintained, and administered solely by Lion Services Limited.
