Mr. Rohit Bhasin
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rohit Bhasin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and brings with him extensive experience in leading operational divisions and driving business expansion. He has been associated with the Company in this capacity since July 1, 2025.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering, from Punjab Technical University. He has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Post-Graduate Executive Management Programme from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.
Previously, he was associated with Eureka Forbes Limited, where he last held the designation of National Head. With over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, he oversees the diversification and expansion of the Company's business operations.
Gurjeet Singh
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gurjeet Singh serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has been associated with the Company since July 1, 2025.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a Master's degree in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed post-qualification diplomas in Insurance and Risk Management and in Information System Audit, conducted by ICAI. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
He was previously associated with Max Life Insurance Company Limited and brings over 16 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operational finance. In his current role, he oversees the finance and accounts division of the Company.
Urmil Kakkar
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Ms. Urmil Kakkar serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, a role she has held since July, 2025. She was earlier associated with the Company as Manager - Legal & Corporate Affairs from 2022.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to joining the Company, she gained extensive experience with Globus Power Generation Limited, bringing over nine years of specialized expertise in secretarial, legal, and compliance matters.
In her current role, Ms. Kakkar leads the Company's secretarial and compliance functions, ensuring robust corporate governance, regulatory adherence, and seamless statutory compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making at the organizational level.
Mr. Aditya Kumar Singh
Vice President - Engineering
Mr. Aditya Kumar Singh serves as the Vice President - Engineering of the Company and brings with him extensive experience across engineering, operations and facilities management. He has been associated with the Company since April 28, 2025.
He holds a provisional certificate from Annamalai University confirming completion of the Bachelor's degree examination in Marketing Management. He is an ex-serviceman from the Indian Navy, where he completed professional courses including Engineer Mechanic, Leading Engineering Mechanic and Petty Officer Engineering Mechanic.
Previously, he has been associated with OCS Group (India) Private Limited, G4S Facilities Services (India) Private Limited, Ramky Atalian Private Limited and GDX Security Solutions India Private Limited. With over 27 years of experience, he currently heads the technical services division of the facilities management vertical and oversees operations and business development.
Mr. Mahesh Singh Chauhan
Assistant Vice President - Business Development
Mr. Mahesh Singh Chauhan serves as the Assistant Vice President - Business Development of the Company and has been associated with us since 2018.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Punjab University) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (University of Pune). Prior to joining the Company, he gained valuable experience with Blow Plast Limited, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Intense Technologies Limited, and Elite Foods General Trading LLC.
With over 10 years of experience in business and commercial operations, Mr. Chauhan currently oversees tendering processes and drives business development initiatives, playing a key role in expanding the Company's market presence and strategic growth.
Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey
Assistant Vice President - Municipal Services
Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey serves as the Assistant Vice President - Municipal Services of the Company and has been associated with us since 2022. He holds a master's degree in science (Geophysics) from Banaras Hindu University.
With over six years of experience in project and operations management, he has previously worked with Dakshin Dilli Swachh Initiatives Limited and Varanasi Waste Solutions Private Limited, gaining extensive exposure to municipal services and waste management operations.
At the Company, Mr. Pandey functions as the operational head of the Municipal Services vertical, driving efficient planning, seamless execution, and high-quality service delivery across municipal projects, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Jha
General Manager - Commercial
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Jha serves as the General Manager - Commercial of the Company, drawing upon his experience in finance and commercial operations. He has been associated with the Company since 2019. His professional background includes prior association with Ridings Consulting Engineers India Limited, where he was involved in finance-related functions and commercial evaluation.
Mr. Jha holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from ICFAI University, Sikkim.
This strong academic foundation, combined with his practical experience, enables him to effectively undertake financial analysis of tender bids and support informed commercial decision-making.
Ms. Manisha Sehrawat
General Manager - Facilities Management Services
Ms. Manisha Sehrawat serves as the Assistant General Manager - Facilities Management Services of the Company and has been associated with the Company since 2018. She plays a pivotal role in the Facilities Management vertical, leading the soft services division and ensuring seamless operational efficiency across the Company's facilities.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Delhi and brings with her over 14 years of extensive experience in the management of soft services, including housekeeping, front-of-house operations, maintenance support, vendor management, and service quality oversight.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Sehrawat gained valuable industry experience with Tenon Facility Management India Private Limited and Nimbus Harbour Facilities Management Private Limited, where she held various leadership and operational roles, honing her expertise in large-scale facilities management operations.
At the Company, she is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance with regulatory norms, and effective coordination with internal teams and external service providers. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, driving service excellence, and establishing best practices across the facilities management vertical.
Ms. Urvashi Chugh
Assistant Vice President - Human Resources
Ms. Urvashi Chugh serves as the Assistant Vice President - Human Resources of the Company. She was earlier associated with the Company as General Manager - HR (2016-2018) and was subsequently re-appointed as AVP - HR from November, 2024.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (University of Delhi) and an MBA (IGNOU), and has previously worked with BCL Secure Premises, Caper Travel Company Private Limited, and G4S Facility Services (India) Private Limited.
With over nine years of experience in human resource management and organisational development, she currently heads the Human Resources function, driving strategic people initiatives and workforce excellence across the Company.
Ms. Anubha Mathur
Senior Manager - Legal and Corporate Affairs
Anubha Mathur is the Senior Manager - Legal & Corporate Affairs of our Company and serves as the Functional Head for Legal Compliance. She holds an integrated B.Com LL.B. from Amity University with specialized certifications in Mergers & Acquisitions, ADR & Mediation, and Media Laws & Policy. With over 4 years of industry-focused legal and compliance experience, she was previously associated with Guruji Infrastructure Private Limited.
SShe has authored and published research papers on data protection, copyright law, cyberspace copyright issues, and significant economic presence under the Income-tax Act, and has also contributed to the legal publication in book “International Perspective to the Contemporary Legal Happenings.” She possesses strong industry-focused legal knowledge with practical regulatory expertise.
